Alexandria Nautilus Renovation – Life Science Building
The Nautilus life science campus totals 212,200 sf. The project includes the renovation of two steel-framed buildings and one concrete tilt-up building. Reconfiguration of the two existing buildings on John Hopkins Court includes the addition of new lobbies and entries and a central garden amenity building.
The existing 78,000 sf tilt-up building at 3535 General Atomics Court was renovated to accommodate the new Green Acre café, conference spaces, and a fitness area on the ground floor. The project also included a new central plant, Hazmat Building, and a pedestrian bridge.
