Alexandria Campus Pointe Renovation – Life Science Complex

Campus Pointe is a two-story life science/office complex totaling 450,000 sf in San Diego, California. The project included renovations to the West End of the steel-framed structure and the addition of a new subterranean structure to house a Fitness Center. A tunnel connects the Fitness Center to a lobby elevator in the existing building, requiring underpinning a portion of the existing structure.

The Campus Pointe Renovation was awarded LEED Platinum Certification for Core and Shell from the U.S. Green Building Council.
