4 Hutton Plaza Renovation

Coffman is providing civil and structural engineering services for the renovation of an approximately 0.25-acre plaza within an existing office park. The current plaza will be demolished and replaced with a new hardscape and landscape, including seat walls, a 2,700 sf multi-use open space, and shade structures to activate the space. Coffman is assisting the client with permitting through the City of Santa Ana.
