Meet Michele
Michele Adolpho is a leader in the design industry in Hawaii and is a principal electrical engineer in Coffman’s Honolulu office. With 32 years of industry experience, Michele has deep roots in Hawaii and the Pacific Region. She has much experience with the design of electrical distribution; interior and exterior lighting, including roadway and recreational lighting; emergency power; and fire alarm systems. Michele was previously a Principal at ECS, Inc., which joined Coffman in May of 2024. Their legacy of bringing client-centric services in electrical engineering in the Pacific Region continues as part of the Coffman team. As a principal and project leader, Michele brings significant expertise to Coffman’s electrical engineering team.
Michele’s responsibilities involve providing valuable project management leadership and technical expertise involving the design of power, lighting, fire alarm, or telecommunication support systems on federal, state, city, and private industry projects. Michele will also continue serving as a mentor to her electrical team, sharing best practices with project management and how to provide superior client service.
Michele graduated from the University of Hawaii at Manoa with a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering. She is a registered professional engineer in Hawaii, and is a LEED Accredited Professional.
