Yakima Family YMCA

The Yakima Family YMCA in Yakima, Washington creates a gathering space for community members to swim, exercise, and spend time together. Coffman provided structural, mechanical, electrical, and fire protection engineering and designed the facility to meet LEED Silver criteria. The community center includes a youth development area, teaching kitchen, medical tenant space, group fitness and cardio center, gymnasium and indoor running track, eight-lane competition swimming pool, recreational pool with lazy river, spray and slide features, and a warm water therapy pool.
