Victoria Place, Ward Village

Victoria Place is the seventh residential tower within Ward Village, an award-winning master-planned community in Honolulu, developed by Howard Hughes. This 40-story condominium offers stunning ocean and mountain views, along with an array of amenities for its residents.

The tower features 350 luxury units and a five-story podium that includes a parking garage and recreation deck with spas, three pools, and amenities. Standing 420 feet tall and encompassing approximately 772,000 sf, the development adds a new level of elegance and convenience to Honolulu.

Coffman Engineers provided fire protection engineering services, specializing in the inspection of fire sprinkler, fire pump, standpipe, and smoke control systems throughout the building. The work supports the high standards of safety for this iconic residential project, from construction through to final inspections.
