UC Davis Health Parking Structure 5

Coffman is providing detailed criteria and basis of design documents for the planned UC Davis Health Parking Structure V (PS5). PS5 will be constructed at the Southwest corner of V and 48th Streets (Northeast corner of Lot 4), and it will initially serve to provide parking for the hundreds of workers who will be coming to the site during construction of the UC Davis Health Replacement Hospital Tower. It will also serve future University staff and patient parking needs. The new parking structure will have approximately 940 stalls and will have a similar design and aesthetic to PS4, which is being built with precast construction methods.
