Coffman provided structural engineering services for a new 515,000 sf life science campus of three four-to-five story buildings and an underground parking garage on a 10-acre site in Carmel Valley. The project will feature extensive landscaping, pedestrian and bike pathways, and a significant amount of outdoor gathering areas.
