Topanga Mall Food Hall

Coffman is providing mechanical, electrical, plumbing, structural, and fire protection engineering services for the design and construction administration of the food hall and 3-Bars tenant improvements in the Westfield Topanga Mall. The food hall consists of 22 individual tenants with an addition of three separate bars totaling 16,000 sf.  The project is nearing 90% construction completion in conjunction with PGAL Architecture, P9 Construction, and Myers Food Service.

Electrical scope included providing new LED energy efficient light fixtures for the back of house food prep areas and coordinating with the architect (PGAL) and lighting designer (Noctiluca) to provide new front of house decorative LED lighting. Front of house lighting includes track lighting with a variety of LED fixtures, perimeter LED tape light, and downlights. All lighting is controlled via a master control station for each tenant. Each tenant space has existing 208/120V electrical panel that provided power for each tenant space. Power was coordinated and provided for all plumbing, mechanical and food service equipment as required.
