Synthetic Natural Gas (e-NG) Facility
Coffman acted as an Owner’s Engineer for a confidential client who is producing green hydrogen, pairing it with sequestered CO2 through a Sabatier reaction, and making synthetic natural gas (e-NG) that will be transported via pipeline. Coffman provided services to support the entire development of an Invitation to Tender Package. The scope of work included water investigation, civil site assessments, identification of both existing and new electrical infrastructure, process engineering development, and mechanical engineering details.
The project is currently out for bid, and Coffman is supporting the bid process through bidder evaluation and development of commercial and technical bid tabulations. When detailed engineering begins, Coffman will assist in managing the engineering process through detailed design and construction.
