Southcentral Foundation Nuka Therapy Center

The Southcentral Foundation is an Alaska Native-owned, a non-profit organization that promotes physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual wellness among the Native Community. Coffman provided civil, mechanical, and electrical engineering services for the design of a new Nuka System of Care center in Anchorage, Alaska.

The scope of work included the construction of a new 49,000 sf building with 146 space parking lot, accessible parking, heated and unheated walkways, utility lines, on 2.9 acre site.
