Sharp Rancho Bernardo Medical Office Building

Coffman provided structural engineering services for a three story, 100,000 sf steel framed medical office building located on the campus of Sharp Rees-Stealy Medical Center in Rancho Bernardo.

The medical office building features medical offices, urgent care services, a three story atrium, a water feature, and shade features incorporated into the building skin. The project also includes a 3.5 level, 145,000 sf long-span post tensioned concrete parking structure adjacent to the Medical Office Building.
