Seacrest Village Retirement Community Renovation

Seacrest Village Retirement Community is an active senior living facility in Encinitas, California. Coffman provided electrical engineering services for a major renovation of a central portion of the campus including a skilled nursing area, lobby, laundry, employee breakrooms, state-of-the-art kitchen and dining facilities, and HVAC upgrades throughout.

Coffman’s involvement included programming, a needs assessment, basis of design, construction documents, permitting, and construction administration services for 16,300 sf of tenant improvements. Specific services included lighting, power and telecommunications, security, and audiovisual to meet owner and occupant needs and requirements. The project consisted of two construction document packages for the City of Encinitas and The Office of Statewide Health Planning and Development (OSHPD).
