Riverpark Towers

Riverpark Towers is comprised of two, 16-story office buildings in downtown San Jose, CA. Coffman provided fire protection engineering services for these existing buildings, including fire alarm consulting, fire protection and life safety, smoke control consulting, and inspection.

Coffman’s fire protection engineers reviewed the options involving the repair, sustainability, partial and/or complete replacement of the current fire alarm systems to confirm compatibility and upgrade options for the current system and future tenant improvement work. Our team also provided smoke control consulting services to determine the best plan of future action for the smoke control system at each property.
