P-602 Aircraft Maintenance Facilities and Apron

Coffman provided fire protection engineering and code consulting services for the P-602 Aircraft Maintenance Facilities and Apron project, which consisted of a new aircraft hangar facility and three support structures located at Marine Corps Air Station, Yuma.  Coffman provided design and construction support services for the fire life safety, fire sprinkler, aqueous film forming foam (AFFF), and fire alarm/infrared detection systems and interacted with the Naval Facilities Engineering Command Fire Protection Engineers to ensure holistically code compliant buildings in accordance with UFC 3-600-01.
