Omni PGA Hotel

Coffman provided fire protection engineering and acoustical consulting services for the world-class Omni PGA Hotel in Frisco, Texas. Opening in spring 2023, the resort covers 640,000 sf and features a six-story hotel building with 500 guest rooms and suites, 10 four-bedroom houses, and 127,000 sf of indoor and outdoor event spaces. Amenities include a grand ballroom, spa areas, rooftop pool, restaurant, and retail spaces. Function spaces include a ballroom, kitchen, storage, and other spaces. Coffman provided mechanical noise control support, sound isolation recommendations, and room acoustic design input for the hotel facility.
