Mystic Lake Casino and Hotel

Coffman provided electrical engineering services for multiple buildings and site improvement projects at Mystic Lake Casino and Hotel over the past two decades. The Shakopee Mdewakanton Sioux Community owns and operates the casino and hotel in Prior Lake, Minnesota.

Work at the casino hotel has included a 16-story hotel complex with a 200-room addition to Tower III, entertainment centers including a 2,000-seat showroom, a bingo parlor, a golf clubhouse, valet parking garage, and parking structures II & III. The Mystic/Dakota Casino, Little Six Casino, and the overhead skywalks also underwent a remodel.

Most recently, Coffman’s electrical team completed work on a 2,000 sf remodel of the valet garage offices and amenities. The project scope included replacement of the HVAC system, installation of a floor heating system, lighting, and power for management office space, a meeting room, and a break room.
