Montana State University Library Fire System Upgrade

Coffman provided fire protection engineering services for the design of a new fire sprinkler and standpipe system for the existing, three-story Montana State University Library.  Located on the Billings campus, the library serves students pursuing over 250 academic majors and required minor modifications to the fire alarm system. Scope included complete working drawings of the systems in accordance with NFPA 13 and NFPA 14, and approval of the design by the local fire authority, as well as, on-site inspections and construction administration through to project completion.
