MedImpact Corporate Headquarters

This two phase project consists of four separate structures. Office Building 1 is a six story, 148,000 sf steel-framed structure that serves as corporate headquarters for MedImpact. Adjacent to Office Building 1, Parking Structure ‘A’ is a three level, 189,600 sft garage with 650 parking spaces.

Office Building 2, a five story, 176,000 sf steel-framed structure and Parking Structure ‘B’, a four level, 225,750 sf garage with 790 parking spaces are currently in design.

The campus was awarded LEED Gold certification for Core & Shell from the U.S. Green Building Council.
