Esplanade Building IV is a three-story building over one level of subterranean parking. Lateral resistance is provided by concrete shear walls. The above-grade building square footage totals approximately 57,000 sf. The 52,927 sf basement features a vivarium and parking for 139 vehicles.

The project also includes a full building tenant improvement and site improvements adjacent to the property, including retaining walls, planter walls, seat walls, handicap ramp and concrete stairs.
