Cymer CSD 6 Manufacturing Facility

The Cymer CSD6 project consists of a three story steel-framed laser manufacturing building. The 265,000 sf facility also includes a central mechanical yard, gas tank farm and a central utility spine. An adjacent five level post-tensioned cast-in-place parking structure is connected to CSD6 via a pedestrian bridge. Due to manufacturing commitments, the project had to be completed from conceptual design through construction to occupancy in just seven months.
