County Operations Center Parking Structure

Serving the County of San Diego Operations Center, this design-build parking structure provides 1,877 parking spaces. The structure consists of seven levels, 577,000 sf and utilizes long-span post-tensioned concrete construction.

A separate masonry and glass-clad elevator/stair tower provide vertical circulation. The west elevation is clad with precast concrete panels. Solar panel structures provide shade to vehicles on the top level.
