Brentwood School Saltair Annex

Brentwood School is an independent K–12 day school offering traditional college preparatory education, with two campuses located four blocks apart in the Brentwood neighborhood of Los Angeles. The school ranks highly in academics, arts, and athletics.

Coffman served as the structural engineering team for the West Campus Saltair Annex Building completed in 2021. The building is a new two-story K-5 classroom building over a single-story concrete parking garage. The new parking garage is an extension of the existing parking basement and provides 24 additional parking spaces below grade. The first floor concrete slab supports the new structure and an outdoor kindergarten exploration landscape area. The new wood structure includes a two-story indoor activity room, science room, music room, visual arts, classrooms, and infant activity rooms.
