BioMed Realty owns and operates more than 11 million square feet of life sciences and technology real estate throughout the U.S. and abroad. The BioMed Realty Towne Centre development in San Diego, California includes several new buildings totaling approximately 1,060,000 sf. Coffman is providing structural engineering services for four new cold shell lab/office buildings (varying in height from four- to six stories) and a new one-story amenity building situated over a 2,000 vehicle parking garage (two levels up/two levels down).
