Avenue Bellevue

Avenue Bellevue is a new 1.2 million sf multi-tower destination atop a retail podium in the heart of Bellevue, Washington. The project consists of a 325,000 sf ultra-luxury residential tower, a 375,000 sf combined residential and luxury hotel tower, a 100,000 sf retail podium with fine dining restaurants, and a 400,000 sf underground parking garage.

Coffman worked to incorporate modern electrical design for this unique, high-end project as the electrical engineers for the hotel and retail podium.
