Renovation for some of the existing facilities of the private high school. To maintain operations of the school during the construction, modular units needed to be brought onto the site. Coffman provided code consulting services for preliminary analysis for new modular classrooms and ramification to existing buildings. Scope included determining fire sprinkler and life safety parameters.
