New Office Expands Coffman’s Presence in Texas

Coffman Engineers, Inc. (Coffman), a leading multidiscipline engineering firm with offices nationwide, announced the opening of a new office in Austin, Texas. This marks Coffman’s third office in the Lone Star State, further solidifying the firm’s commitment to serving clients throughout Texas.

The Austin office was established in response to growing client needs and the opportunity to form new partnerships across various markets, including commercial, healthcare, higher education, housing, hospitality, industrial, energy, and Federal sectors in San Antonio.

“Austin is strategically important because many of our clients have offices and headquarters there. It was time to open an office location in central Texas and support our clients across the state,” said Eric Apolenis, PE, Vice President of the Southeast Region at Coffman. “We are grateful for the opportunities that led to our expansion in Texas and excited for Coffman’s future in the Lone Star State.”

The Austin office is managed by Eric Apolenis, PE, and is supported by Sam Swinbank, PE, a mechanical engineer with over 25 years of consulting experience. As a native Austin resident, Swinbank is well-acquainted with the local market and is eager to lead Coffman’s efforts in the area.

The Austin office offers mechanical and electrical engineering services in-house with full multidiscipline engineering capabilities supported by regional offices, including civil, structural, and fire protection engineering.
