Scott Thompson

VP, Principal

Guam

Meet Scott

Scott is a vice president, principal, and the operations manager for the Guam office. In addition to managing the office, he is an experienced project manager on projects ranging from federal contracts to high-profile oil and gas projects. Scott’s well-rounded background and decades of project management experience give him the tools needed to manage Coffman’s most remote office location.

When Coffman set out to establish the Guam office, Scott’s entrepreneurial spirit and diverse client and project experiences were the right fit, and he relocated to Guam from Coffman’s Anchorage office. Guam is now home to Scott and his family, and they enjoy the outdoor experiences Guam has to offer and love to travel throughout Asia.

Scott is responsible for business development, client relationships, project management, and office operations for the Guam office. He has cultivated clients in the DoD, local government, commercial, and industrial markets resulting in Coffman being recognized as a preferred local engineering firm in the region. He continues to develop work and grow the firm’s brand in the Marianas and the Federated States of Micronesia, managing multidiscipline projects while growing the office and having fun at the same time.
