Meet Scott

Scott is the operations manager for Coffman’s Guam office. He graduated from the University of Alaska with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and has extensive project management experience on federal contracts and high-profile oil and gas projects. With more than 30 years of project management experience spanning the Pacific, Scott is equipped to manage Coffman’s most remote office location.

Scott is responsible for business development, client relationships, project management, and office operations for the Guam team. He has developed clients in the Department of Defense, local government, commercial, and industrial markets, contributing to Coffman’s recognition as a local engineering firm in the region. Scott also served two terms as Past President for the Guam Post of the Society of American Military Engineers (SAME) from 2019-2021. He continues to drive growth and develop Coffman’s brand in the Marianas and the Federated States of Micronesia, managing multidisciplinary projects while expanding the office.

When Coffman decided to establish the Guam office, Scott’s experiences, skills, and sense of adventure made him the perfect candidate, leading to his relocation from Coffman’s Anchorage office. Scott and his family now reside in Guam, where they engage in outdoor activities and travel throughout Asia.
