Meet Jeff
Jeff is Coffman’s Chief Program Officer, supporting the advancement of the firm’s national programs, organizational initiatives, and long-term strategic vision. With more than 30 years of experience in mechanical engineering, his career has been rooted in the energy industry, contributing technical knowledge and leadership to corporate operations and market growth initiatives.
Jeff serves on Coffman’s Board of Directors and Executive Committee and chairs the Ownership Transition Committee, which helps guide the thoughtful, long-term transition of ownership within the firm. He is also actively involved in leadership development and advancing a strong, companywide safety culture through his involvement on the Corporate Safety Committee.
Jeff also leads Coffman’s Oil & Gas and Petrochemical market strategy. His technical experience spans the upstream, midstream, and downstream sectors, as well as petrochemicals, enabling him to provide strategic guidance across a diverse energy portfolio.
Jeff holds a degree in mechanical engineering from Montana State University and is a licensed professional engineer in multiple states. His commitment to excellence and his extensive industry knowledge are instrumental in driving Coffman’s continued success in an evolving energy landscape.
Based in Alaska, Jeff enjoys the outdoors year-round, spending his free time fishing, hunting, snowmachining, and skiing with his family and friends.
