Meet Jack
Jack is a Principal Advisor in the DC Metro office, where he assists with Federal programs on a local, regional, and national level. In this role, Jack supports the Federal Initiative by keeping the company informed about budgeting forecasts, team building, and contract opportunities.
Jack’s interest in budgeting and contracting began early in his career when he contributed to the development of a departmental Capital Improvements Program (CIP) as a planner in local government. This experience led Jack to transition into consulting with an 8a firm, where he focused on managing the Federal Aviation Administration’s (FAA) fire life safety program. Shortly after joining a federal consulting contractor, Jack further delved into contracting by developing and securing a GSA multiple award schedule.
Throughout his career, Jack has managed programs and contracts for both commercial and federal clients across the globe. His market sector experience includes hospitality, logistics, and various Federal clients. Jack has worked with numerous Federal agencies, including the United States Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Naval Facilities Engineering Command (NAVFAC), Air Force Civil Engineer Center (AFCEC), Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), General Services Administration (GSA), Veterans Affairs (VA), Bureau of Overseas Building Operations (OBO), Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), National Institute of Health (NIH), and the Architect of the Capitol (AOC).
