Meet Harold
Harold is a principal advisor in Coffman’s Bay Area office. He joined Coffman in July 2023 as part of the asset purchase agreement with RGD Acoustics.
Harold has many years of experience with the analysis of environmental noise, architectural acoustics, mechanical noise, and ground vibration. He has expertise in environmental noise and vibration and has prepared environmental impact reports, noise elements of general plans, and feasibility studies. His engineering skills and experience are applied to a broad range of projects including educational, medical and research facilities, offices, mixed use residential, and airport noise studies. Harold is proficient with noise modeling using the FHWA Traffic Noise Model, TNM 2.5 and SoundPLAN. Harold is a licensed mechanical engineer in the State of California and a Board Certified member of the Institute of Noise Control Engineering.
