Meet Dan
Dan is a vice president, principal, and Coffman’s General Counsel. He leads the company’s legal department and advises on various legal and business issues. He oversees the company’s risk management, contract negotiation, litigation matters, legal aspects of mergers and acquisitions, and commercial real estate interests. Dan also helps to manage the company’s Employee Assistance Fund, an incredible benefit that provides grants for company employees in times of hardship.
Dan received his Bachelor of Arts degree in business administration from the University of Washington and his J.D. from the University of Washington School of Law.
