Wardman Park

Coffman provided fire protection code consulting for the Wardman Park development in Washington, D.C. This project includes two multifamily residential buildings with approximately 800–900 units and a parking structure offering about 900 spaces distributed across five partially subterranean levels and one fully subterranean level. Both buildings were designed and constructed as part of a single, continuous effort.

Located in the Woodley Park neighborhood, the development offers views of the nation’s capital and a unique park-like setting.

Coffman supported the project with comprehensive code consulting services throughout the design and construction document phases for this complex mixed-use development.
