Tulalip Resort & Casino Hotel Remodel

Coffman provided mechanical, electrical, and fire protection engineering for the 360+ hotel room remodel and building plumbing and HVAC upgrade. The project included a Hotel HVAC Study to determine solutions to ongoing system problems encountered by Hotel operations and maintenance personnel. This included a review of the existing supply and exhaust air systems, data logging of individual room heating/cooling operations, review of existing fluid cooler, heat exchanger and boiler system equipment capacities and configurations. The recommendations made in the study were incorporated into the Hotel Remodel and HVAC Upgrades.
