Coffman provided electrical and mechanical engineering services for a 124,000 sf shell-and-core build-out on levels 1-5 within an existing office building located in The Spring District, a transit-oriented development and neighborhood in Bellevue, Washington. The build-out included a commercial kitchen, servery, dining hall, fitness gym, office space, and recreational areas.
