Coffman provided structural engineering services for tenant improvements to the first four levels of an existing six‑story, 150,000 sf steel‑framed structure. The scope of work included construction of a new elevator, installation of rooftop-mounted air handling units, and development of a new pharmacy area.

Additional improvements included freestanding concrete masonry unit (CMU) screen walls, installation of an emergency generator and boilers, and a new trash compactor enclosure.
