Icon Residential Building

Part of the Downtown San Diego Redevelopment and overlooking the San Diego Padres Petco Park, the Icon Residential Building consists of four individual towers situated over a three-level, subterranean parking garage. The four towers total 430,000 sf and feature 285 living units with 31,500 sf of street level retail space.

The site was previously home to the Carnation/Qualitee Dairy Building and the original building façade was incorporated into the lower level of the tower. A rooftop terrace includes bleacher seating for viewing ball games.
