Four Seasons Private Residences Wetherly

The Four Seasons Private Residences Wetherly is a new 12-story residential condominium in Los Angeles that includes three levels of below-grade parking. The first Four Seasons-branded residential building in the U.S. features 59 luxury townhomes and condominiums.

Due to the building’s classification as a high-rise, smoke control was provided as a life safety feature. Coffman conducted smoke control inspections, verified the installation, and witnessed the testing of the smoke control systems in accordance with the Smoke Control System Rational Analysis (Rational Analysis) and local code requirements.
