ENR Ranks Coffman at #161 Among Design Firms

Engineering News Record (ENR) ranked Coffman at #161 on its Top 500 Design Firms List published in the May 2023 ENR issue. Coffman’s rank on the list dropped from last year’s position at #157, however, our revenue increased over the previous year.

Each year, ENR surveys general contractors, engineers, architects, and construction/program management firms based in the United States and publishes the Top 500 list along with a comprehensive report of the data collected.

Data compiled for this year’s list discovered that for the seventh consecutive year, total revenue for the Top 500 listed firms increased—up by 14.4% to $122.53 billion. This increase is the largest revenue jump recorded in the last 15 years despite industry labor shortages, higher resource demands, and rising inflation.
