Woman headshot.Calley Valicoff, PE, has been selected to join the national American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE) Infrastructure Resilience Division (IRD) Executive Committee. Calley is a civil engineer in Coffman’s Spokane office and will represent Coffman amongst distinguished professionals in the sustainable design market by working with the IRD to advance civil infrastructure and lifeline systems through developing standards, guidelines, and practices for local, regional, and national resilience against hazards.

Calley’s dedication to providing resilient and sustainable designs has led her to become an Alternative Energy specialist in the Spokane office where she focuses on site development for battery energy storage systems (BESS) and establishing low-impact development sites utilizing best management practices for stormwater treatment and disposal. Calley’s attention to detail and approach to providing quality client service have resulted in quality and cooperative relationships. Her experience also includes modeling and analysis of various methods for providing stormwater solutions for treatment, storage, and disposal and complex and utility-intensive site development projects, and providing project support from preliminary planning and land entitlement through construction.
