Everyone Culture

Everyone Culture

We encourage every team member to embrace the idea of supporting an everyone culture—an environment where each person can thrive and contribute to our clients’ success.

  • Characteristics of an Everyone Culture at Coffman:
  • •  An everyone culture recognizes every person and every role.
  • •  Everyone helps to create a safe, fun, and supportive environment.
  • •  Everyone contributes to our collective excellence.
  • •  Everyone feels they belong.
  • •  Everyone recognizes the humanity in each other.
  • •  Everyone is welcomed, respected, and valued.
  • •  Everyone thrives and we succeed together.

Thoughtfully supporting and investing in each other, our office environments, and our culture each day positively impacts our people and business, so we can all reach our full potential – both individually and as a company.

Areas of Awareness and Action

Mentorship and Professional Development

Coffman’s culture encourages and allows time for mentorship and professional development on a daily basis at all levels throughout the organization. This allows for free-flowing and organic exchanges of information, learning, and leadership skills across disciplines and among all employees.

In-house training is available to focus on priority areas, and we offer leadership growth opportunities like the Coffman Consultant College, which covers a variety of business, management, technical, and self-improvement topics.

Community Engagement and Outreach

At Coffman, our culture of community involvement and outreach offers support for a variety of non-profit organizations in the communities where we live and work.

We encourage our team members to share their time with local organizations and prioritize our charitable contributions by giving to organizations where our employees are actively involved. We also emphasize and support involvement with youth mentorship and development programs.

STEM Support and Internship Programs

Coffman is committed to supporting a diverse engineering workforce by supporting students entering STEM careers. This includes supporting programs serving under-represented and under-served communities at schools, colleges, and universities.
