This calculator is designed to help you estimate your potential Paid Time Off (PTO) accrual rate at Coffman Engineers. It provides an estimate to help you better understand how your education and experience may be considered when determining your PTO accrual rate.

Please refer to Coffman’s PTO policy for the official guidelines on how PTO accrual rates are calculated, including education and experience weighting, accrual levels, and applicable parameters.

Please Note:

• Experience gained prior to age 18 is not eligible for PTO accrual credit.
• The calculator provides an estimate only and does not determine your final PTO accrual rate.
• Your actual PTO accrual rate will be reviewed and finalized after hire based on the PTO policy and information provided during onboarding.

Getting Started
Download the calculator by clicking the link below and enter your education and experience information. Your potential PTO accrual rate will be displayed on the right-hand side of the tool.

Please note: You may need to enable macros and/or unblock macros for the calculator to function properly.

In most cases you can unblock macros by modifying the properties of the file as follows:

1. Open Windows File Explorer and go to the folder where you saved the file.
2. Right-click the file and choose Properties from the context menu.
3. At the bottom of the General tab, select the Unblock checkbox and select OK.
