Timber is the vice president of human resources and provides strategic direction for Coffman in the areas of employee relations, compensation and benefits, recruitment, training and development, safety, wellness, and regulatory compliance. Timber has been with Coffman since the 1980s, holding administrative and marketing positions for several years until transitioning into human resources. Timber endeavors to inspire managers and employees to create a work environment where all employees can thrive and succeed. From employee development to wellness, to the benefits the company provides, she focuses on making Coffman a place where employees enjoy coming to work.
An example of Timber’s leadership is the company’s award winning wellness program. Wellness is a priority at Coffman, and this program helps people reach their health-related goals and learn to maintain healthy habits.
