US Armed Forces Reserve Center – Multiple Locations

Coffman Engineers has provided design work for three different Armed Forces Reserve Centers (AFRC) at the Fairchild Air Force Base, the Yakima Training Center, and Fort Vancouver. We work closely with the U.S. Military using a Design-Build process to bring their project to fruition with the specifications that they designate. Coffman’s experience with Design-Build allows us to effectively coordinate plans with the contractor and complete projects in a timely manner that live up to U.S. Military expectations.

Fairchild Air Force Base AFRC: 236,862 sf; organizational and field maintenance shops, heated storage building, maintenance training bay, controlled waste storage, vehicle storage; Outstanding CCASS rating. Yakima Training Center AFRC: 68,066 sf; vehicle maintenance shop, storage building; LEED Certified; Outstanding CCASS rating Fort Vancouver AFRC: 116,000 total sf; training center, operational maintenance shop, storage building, wash rack; LEED Gold rating.
