Electrical engineering for a new three-story, 77,000 sf, Undergraduate Education Center at Everett Community College. Project includes classrooms, black box theater, enrollment services center, and general office space. Building is served from a 2000A - 480Y/277V main service switchboard via 15-kV isolation switch and 1500kVA transformer. Low voltage systems include fire alarm, television, telephone/data, and security that are extended from existing campus service tunnel.
Gray Wolf Hall is Everett Community College’s first green building designed to meet a LEED Gold rating.
