The Truax Building Corporate Headquarters

The 65,000 sf mixed-use office building is located in Temecula’s Old Town district. The first level was developed for retail and restaurant use and the upper floors were developed for office use. Truax Development occupies the fourth floor of the building.

Constructed with steel framing and a concrete over metal deck floor system, the building is Phase I of a proposed four phase development that will encompass the entire city block between 2nd and 3rd Street from Old Town Front Street to Mercedes Street.
