San Marcos Urban Village Block C

Block C is the first mixed-use market-rate housing project located in North City, San Marcos. The 213,500 sf structure offers an urban living experience with ground floor retail, restaurant, and entertainment spaces.

Plumbing utility design was provided for the new 5-story apartment complex with 197 living units. The design for the mixed-use development included a central domestic hot water system with a recirculation loop with a CPVC and PEX hot and cold water distribution system. The project was the Runner Up for the prestigious “Development of the Year 2017” from Our City San Diego.
