San Diego Tech Center Building E

Coffman provided structural engineering services for a new lab/office building located at the eastern portion of the San Diego Tech Center Campus. The 200,000 sf building consists of five elevated levels over one basement level. Building construction will be conventional steel framing from roof to foundation level, with basement walls consisting of concrete or CMU. The building will be a warm shell, with remaining tenant improvements executed under a separate permit.
