Qualcomm Morehouse Campus Building ‘N’ and Parking Structure

Coffman provided structural design services for a 10-story, 473,000 sf steel-framed office structure (Building ‘N’) and a seven-story, 565,300 sf concrete parking structure (Garage ‘B’) containing 1,495 vehicle spaces.

Building ‘N’ features executive offices, a 534-seat Lecture/Concert Hall, a rooftop helistop, office and laboratory space. Garage ‘B’ consists of five above-grade parking levels and two subterranean levels.

The large building footprint, tight construction site and aggressive construction schedule required the innovative integration of constructing concrete to maximize efficiency and minimize cost.
