Murrieta Public Library

Coffman provided structural engineering services for this one level, 25,000 sf wood and steel framed library. The new structure is six times larger than the original facility and contains several amenities, including a Children’s Library, a Computer Resource Center, a Heritage Room, and a 100 seat theater.

The new Murrieta Public Library is part of an overall master plan development for the City of Murrieta, named Murrieta Town Square.
